@lamicaburnett7489 Great episode, Dr. Spates. I don't know Dr. Howell personally, but his reputation precedes him. Getting the opportunity to hear him explain how he does what he does is a gift. He is a natural leader...that's clear...but he also has so many golden nuggets and strategies that can apply in many scenarios. You interviewing skills are great, Dr. Spates. You're able to capture the essence of what Dr. Howell is trying to share and explain it in a concise and simple way. Again, great episode!
